Water resistant means you could possibly wear it in the shower and not damage it. It won't be damaged by wearing it in the rain, but don't immerse it in water. Water rated to (some depth) means you could wear it when diving to that depth and expect it to not take in any water. Waterproof means the same as water rated. You probably saw this on a watch.

I hate TV. A nice woman from Utah gave me this Mac laptop a few years ago after my old one got fried by a lightning strike RIGHT outside my window on the 4th of July. I watch BYU TV on the internet....usually 2 to 6 scripture studies a day, sometimes the Mormon Tabernacle Choir or another such LDS program. When I hear about interesting weather around the country, sometimes I go to weather.com and watch a couple of clips. That's it. If someone sends me a link to a video on youtube I will sometimes watch, but I do not seek them out. The freezer cost $197.67. I would first try to sell it. If I could not, I would donate it and contents to someone at church. I was sleeping on a horrid single mattress I found free on the side of the road. It had grease penciled price of $30 something dollars new. Must have been a looooong time ago....wicked lumpy, covered in hard plastic, but I was happy to find it for my van when I was living in the van. A man came to church one weekend offering a box springs and mattress (2 different sizes). He brought it to my house :-) Eventually I got a bed frame on Freecycle this summer. It was the wrong size, but I "fixed it" with packing tape :-P I just have to be careful that the large overhang of the mattress over the box springs is on the far side of the bed, or it flips when I get up. Scares Zeke! This summer I found a full sized futon mattress for $10 at a garage sale and now have a nicer mattress in the van :-) No TV. I hate TV. When I address the dynamics of spiritual growth (regeneration) the negative aspects of our lives and obstacles must be addressed. When Swedenborg addresses the process of regeneration he uses phrases like "at the present day there are but few who SUFFER themselves to be regenerated" not "at the present day there are but few who participate in the JOY of regeneration." These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." They reference very few research articles that we currently use in healthcare. There is a significant amount of current research that indicates 400 IU is adequate. I suggest you use American Academy of Pediatrics for your information.
